Terms of Service

These terms apply to the GeniusNode router software, website and subscription (the "service"). By signing in or subscribing you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. One subscription covers one router. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
Subscription and free trial
- The subscription costs US$4.99 per month, plus any taxes shown at checkout.
- The first three days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Each router can receive the free trial only once.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and its Link service under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of the devices and apps you connect. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or resell it without our permission. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks under review, or abuse.
Changes to the service
We update router software and settings automatically to keep the service working and secure. We may change features or prices; price changes apply from your next billing period after notice.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on networks and third-party services outside our control. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on your account page. We may end the service with notice; if we do, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
